Product Description
The biggest difference between ceramic ball mill and other ball mill is in the structure and lining.In the ore milling industry the ball mill used is a continuous feed type with a feed end and a discharge section,while the ceramic ball mill is a batch feed, and there is only one hole in the middle of the cylinder,which is both discharged and fed.After the grinding operation is completed once,the material is discharged,and the material to be grounded next time is added to circulate.There is also a ceramic ball mill without a large ring gear,which is driven by a motor to drive the belt reducer to rotate the cylinder to complete the grinding operation.The ceramic ball mill liner is made of ceramic,silica and rubber to ensure the purity of the discharge.
Ceramic ball mill is mainly used for mixing and grinding of materials.
You can choose either dry or wet grinding.This machine can adopt different types of lining board according to production needs to meet different needs.The fineness of the grinding operation is controlled by the grinding time.Ceramic ball mill is used for fine grinding of feldspar,quartz,clay,ore and so on.The ceramic ball mill is mainly used for material mixing, grinding,uniform product fineness,and saving power.It can be dry or wet.The machine can use different liner types according to production needs to meet different needs.The fineness of the grinding operation is controlled by the grinding time.
Batch Ball Mill is mainly used for grinding materials in such production industries as cement, silicate product, new building materials, chemical engineering, nonferrous and black metal, mineral processing, glass and ceramic, etc. It is used for grinding various ore and other grindable materials dry or wet.
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the deceleration device.The crushed ore and the steel ball in the cylinder are subjected to friction and centrifugal force during the rotation of the cylinder.After being brought to a certain height by the lining plate,due to the action of gravity,it will fall and fall,and the ore which is gradually crushed by impact and grinding.The crushed ore is discharged out of the drum through the discharge section.After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in a spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder and the grinding is continued.The feeder feeds continuously and evenly,the ore enters the ball mill continuously and uniformly through the joint feeder,and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic batch ball mill.Ceramic-type batch ball mill are grinding equipment that can work around the clock.
