Q3: Are you able to provide free samples? 
A3: If your products are customized, you need to pay tooling cost for creating the tooling . 
We can provide 3-5 shots free samples for your confirmation. For existing products,we can 
provide free samples to you if we have stock, but the delivery cost is on your own. 

Q4: Can you send me the catalogue to have a check of all your products ?
A4: Yes, we have a catalogue for more than 400sets of the silicon seal for Wire Harness Connector.(standard parts)

Q5: How long to make a new mould?
A5: it is about 20-30 days depending on the samples' complexity.

Q6: How to ship the samples?
A6: For small package, we suggest to send it by Express, such as DHL,FedEx,,UPS,TNT,EMS. That's Door to Door service.
