With 120 employees and covering 6000 square meters floor size, we has processes of tooling design and fabrication, formulation develop, material mixing, vulcanized molding, trimming and packaging, all in house. We design and produce custom molded rubber parts within 20 days of lead time, products includes seals and gaskets, bushings and washers, Isolators and bumpers, rubber bonded to metal and plastic parts, and parts with liquid silicone rubber plus plastic double shots. All these parts are widely used in Automotive industry, home appliances, oil and gas fields and pharmaceutical fields. We have a functional lab and R&D team to support us for product development and our QA/QC will control the production quality to meet customer's requirements through DFM, PFMEA, PPAP & SPC. Our sales team are dedicated and always available for solutions and services in no time. Apart from RFQ, we can start fom RFP according to customer's needs, OEM/ODM projects are welcome! Our factory is certified with ISO9001 and IATF16949, products we made can meet ASTM, JIS, DIN,  UL, CE, RoHS, Reach requirements. Materials option include silicone rubber, NBR, NR, CR, EPDM, Neoprene, Viton, FKM and liquid silicone rubber. 70% of our parts are exported worldwide and 65% of them are for automobile fields.
