Plate press line is mainly used for curing model products and flat belt(such as a conveyor belt, transmission belt, referred to as flat belt), belonging to the hydraulic machinery, main function is to provide the pressure and temperature is provided by a heating medium(usually electricity, steam, heat conduction oil), Plate press line form structure can be divided into two types:Column plate vulcanizing machine and box type flat vulcanizing machine, according to the working layer can be single and multi-layer. According to the hydraulic system working medium can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.

1. The rapid rise of the dynamic template, slow lock tight, fast down function. Closing mould from fast to slow and exhaust from fast to slow can be adjusted respectively to improve production efficiency.
