SINTECH Sealing Strip Production Line
2. The PVC profile extrusion line is equipped with conical single-screw extruder. The production line has many advantages: material thawing even, small shear rate, high output, long service life, etc. The production line includes extruder, calibrator unit, haul-off unit, double station winder or stacking unit, etc.
It is used for producing pvc sealing strip, the sealing strip is widely use in window and door profile, car industry. It is
composed of feeding system,extruder,water cooling system,haul-off unit,winding machine or double roller,electric control system and coordinated with different specification of moulds.This line is advanced in design,high in output,good in plasticization and low in energy consumption.The finished product is widely used in cars, windows, refrigerators, etc.
Processing Flow:
Raw material → Single-screw extruder →Extrusion mould →Vacuum calibration table → Haul-off unit→ Automatic cutter→ Stacker → Finished product inspecting & packing

Sure. We located in Zhangjiagang city which is very near Shanghai. For overseas customers, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We can pick you up in the Airport. (or Hongqiao International Airport. ) We also provide visit online by video.

For customized machine, it takes about 45-60 days after deposit. For stock machine, fast shipment. ( The actual production cycle will vary according to the degree of customization.)
