"One-to-More" Separate hopper loaders are designed and developed on the basis of original separate-vacuum Hopper Loaders. They feature more functions, easy to operate, and convenient to install. This model, equipped with a high pressure blower and more hoppers, is applicable to more dehumidifying and drying machines (dehumidifying dryer "CDD" or one gravimetric blenders "CGB" to process plastic materials. Besides that , it can also realize the one-to-more way of conveying materials to different moulding machines or hoppers to greatly lower the cost.

Feature:
 1.One-to-More" hopper loader can greatly lower the cost.
 2.The dust collection chamber features a cyclone separator and a dust collective bin to effectively reduce the load of the filter.
 3.Separate hopper receivers are designed in classy standard style, made by stainless steel, and bringing no contamination to materials.
 4.One-piece PLC controller, the operation is simple, reliable performance
 5.Motor protection device.
 6.Standard audible and visual alarm device configuration.
 7.When conveying materials of tiny impurity is more, or contain recycling materials, host optional store pressure tank automatic cleaning device.

         2) Test condition of conveying capacity: Plastic material of bulk density 0.65, dia.3 ~ 5 mm, vertical conveying              height: 4m, horizontal conveying distance: 5m.

       3) CHR stands for vacuum hopper, CHR-E stands for photo-sensor hopper.

       4) Optional filter cleaning device (model denotes "C") and air accumulator (model denotes "A") available for                    automatic filter cleaning, (for 3.5HP-G up)
